At km 15 on the Las Palmas road, inside Le Mont Mall, Bastardo Le Mont is the King's most avant-garde house — signature cooking, mountain views and the same impure blood as ever.
Up here, afternoons are measured in sunsets. The menu adds pizzas and a camembert you'll only find in Las Palmas, and Sundays have a ritual of their own: piano at noon and Lomo al Trapo, booking required.
